Bonson Packaging has an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant to join our team at our New Lynn manufacturing site.
This is a junior, entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to start or build their career in manufacturing within a supportive and fast-paced environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our production team and learn how high-quality food packaging is made right here in New Zealand.

Maintenance Engineer – Auckland-based
Bonson Packaging is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in New Lynn. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering the chance to work with advanced injection moulding machines and automated robotic systems in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
This is a key hands-on role suited to someone with strong mechanical engineering experience, injection moulding knowledge, and a proactive mindset who enjoys solving problems and keeping production running smoothly. There are genuine opportunities for career growth, training, and development, along with exposure to international suppliers and systems.
